Veteran brings music education to Indianapolis' east side

The academy teaches music to people of all ages in a neighborhood often associated with negative headlines. Strader, who retired from working for the VA, identified a gap in his community in music education and believes his academy can create lasting change in the community. He also encourages community members to find positive outlets and never stop learning.
