Dad of KSU student killed in shooting now jailed in Indianapolis
Dejon Fox is now in jail in Marion County, Indiana. Dejon Fox, the father of a slain KSU student, has been jailed in Marion County, Indiana for failing to appear in court. He is accused of making online threats to Jacob Bard, who admitted to the crime. Additionally, Fox is awaiting trial for driving while intoxicated at the time of the deadly crash.
