Children's Museum of Indianapolis reveals 2025 exhibit lineup

The Children's Museum of Indianapolis has revealed its 2025 exhibit lineup, which will include a centennial celebration commemorating the museum's 100 years in operation. The centennial exhibit will be called "Memories, Wonders and Dreams: Stories from 100 Years" and will allow families to explore and find "The Story Vault," which teaches Indiana history in both English and Spanish. Starting from Dec. 31, 2024, the museum will begin their centennial with the traditional "Countdown to Noon" family-friendly New Year's Eve event. Starting July 12, 2025, will be a new "Take Me There" exhibit, allowing guests to visit new places all over the world without leaving Indianapolis. The current "take Me There: Greece" exhibit will close Sept. 15, 2024 for construction of the new exhibit.

INDIANAPOLIS — With 2024 nearly halfway finished, the Children's Museum of Indianapolis is already looking ahead to 2025.
On Wednesday, the museum announced its exhibit lineup for next year, beginning with a centennial celebration to commemorate the museum's 100th year in operation.
Beginning Dec. 31, 2024, the museum will begin their centennial with the traditional "Countdown to Noon" family-friendly New Year's Eve event.
The centennial exhibit is called "Memories, Wonders and Dreams: Stories from 100 Years" and will allow families to explore and find "The Story Vault," which teaches Indiana history in both English and Spanish. The exhibit lasts until January 2026.
Beginning Feb. 22 and lasting until Aug. 31, 2025, Mickey Mouse and his friends will be throwing a birthday party for Pluto and need help from guests. "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: The Exhibit" features an interactive learning adventure featuring Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Goofy that helps enhance young children's physical, cognitive and social-emotional skills through immersive, hands-on and digital interactives.
Starting July 12, 2025 and lasting all the way until 2029 will be a new "Take Me There" exhibit allowing guests to visit new places all over the world without ever having to leave Indianapolis. The new location is still a secret, but the museum says the current "Take Me There: Greece" exhibit will close Sept. 15, 2024 for construction of the new exhibit.
Finally, the museum's holiday celebrations, "Haunted House" and "WinterFaire" will round out the 2025 exhibit season.
