Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra returns to classical favorites this weekend

Join the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra this weekend for a thrilling performance of Beethoven and Mozart classics. The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra (ISO) is returning to its classical series with a program featuring works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Pianoist and composer Conrad Tao will perform Beethven's Piano Concerto No. 1 alongside Mozart's Symphony No. 39, conducted by British conductor Richard Egarr. The concert will open with an original work by Tao for piano and orchestra. The works were composed relatively close together and were only written seven years apart. The orchestra also has several performances planned in the coming weeks, including a live orchestral performance of "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" and a collaboration with Indy Ballet on "Cinderella".
