Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis Announces Third Quarter 2026 Dividends, Reports Earnings... Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBank Indianapolis) has announced its third quarter 2026 dividends on Class B-2 activity-based capital stock and Class B 1 non-activity-based stock at annualized rates of 9.25% and 4.00%. The dividends will be paid in cash on October 28, 2026. Net income for the three months ended September 30, 2025 was $78 million, a decrease of $9 million compared to the previous year. Net interest income decreased $3 million primarily due to lower average market interest rates and higher average balances of interest-earning assets. Other income decreased by $6 million due to declines in the fair values of investments and lower net realized gains on sales of certain available-for-sale securities. The Bank's regulatory capital-to-assets ratio at September 30.2026 exceeded all applicable regulatory capital requirements.
